Verulamium - No Ordinary Town

The Verulamium Museum is located in St.Albans, Hertfordshire, UK. The museum is situated on the site of one of the major cities in Roman Britain - Verulamium. The artefacts cover aspects of everyday life as well as more exotic items which include mosaics, wallplasters, pottery, jewellery and glassware. The collections are of both national and international importance and is considered one of the best museums dedicated to Roman life in the country.
